Family Manor is Caleb's second multifamily development. This is a 40 unit complex located at 12753 Plank Road in Baker Louisiana. This development has a mixture of flat duplexes and fourplexs. This affordable development targets families whose income does not exceed a certain income guideline. The following is the unit mix and the income designation: (See Income Limits for more detail guidelines)

The units are equipped with Microwaves, Washer/Dryer Connections & a private storage area. Also, it has an on site property manager and in the future a Learning Center equipped with 8 networked computers. These programs are: Youth Empowerment Source, Diminishing Fear of Computers (D.F.O.C.), and Home Buyer's Education.


This development was done as a partnership between Calhoun Builders & Caleb. This project was funded using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Home Funds from the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency. Hibernia National Bank provide both the interim financing and the permanent financing.
